How are Austin Texas speed limits enforced?

Texas state sea belt law also requires drivers and passengers in the front seat to wear a seatbelt or ride in a restraining device. Children 0 - 2 years must be strapped into approved infant auto seats, and children 2-4 years old must ride in either approved seats or standard automobile seat belts
